The Golden Lotus is "grande-classic"Cantonese with the addition of a special menu of Szechuan and Mongolian favorites. "Comfortably elegant" with six private rooms, Chinese harp music performed by soloist Li Yang, adds to the evenings' gentle and friendly ambience.

Of the six restaurants, the Orchid Cafeisthe "base" of the Food and Beverage operations. Open from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, it is very cosmopolitan. The setting off the main lobby is "lightand airy". It has an extensive international and Thai a la carte menu,and in addition, offers copious seasonal theme buffet breakfasts, lunchesand dinners.

Riva's New York Style Grill & Bar is the fun meeting place. It is a very dynamic dining and entertainment venue. From 9:30 p.m. onwards the world's top headline "new music" bands take over and the action moves on to the dance floor

The outdoor Sala is located in a beautiful Thai setting, adjacent to the terraced swimming pool and spa, on the third floor. Here the service is casual and the menu is "Tropical Thai", light,fresh, healthy and good for you. There is a Thai style poolside BBQ buffetdinner served from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. every evening.
